This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Manager at GREENCERT BIOSOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company's human resources functions. This includes recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, performance management, employee relations, policy development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. This role will be based on-site in Pune.
Strong knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and procedures- Experience in recruitment, employee onboarding, and performance management
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Proficiency in HR software and systems
- Experience in the organic certification or agriculture industry is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
