About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager with 2-5 years of experience in a digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will manage the full spectrum of HR responsibilities, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to contribute to a positive work environment and foster growth within the organization.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Conduct new employee orientation and onboarding to ensure smooth integration into the organization.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as the point of contact for employee concerns and queries.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Implement and maintain employee recognition programs.
Performance Management:
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
- Monitor and report on employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Support managers in addressing performance issues and developing improvement plans.
HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Manage HR-related documentation, including employment contracts, offer letters, and termination paperwork.
- Prepare HR reports and presentations for management review.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in a digital marketing agency is required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in performance management and employee relations.
- Proven track record in recruitment and talent management.
Office Timings:
- 6 days working, with the last Saturday off.
- Working hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 17,000.00 - 20,000.00 per month
