- 8+ years of experience in a comprehensive HR role.
- Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in Microsoft Office/ GSuite Office
- Has worked on any HRMS
Responsibilities
- Ensure HR policies are understood and followed. Adapt and develop policies that fit the unique way of working within the company.
- Assist with recruitment efforts, and prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
- Develop and implement strategies to keep employees motivated and engaged. Organize team-building activities and initiatives that promote a positive work environment.
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all employees
- Demonstrate extreme ownership of HR functions. Lead multiple initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and contributing to the overall success of the company.
- Handle confidential matters with discretion
