- Roles & Responsibilities:
Performing all HR-related duties on a professional level and working closely with the management in supporting the Business.
- This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas like employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, recruitment, - Employment law compliance, and Payroll management.
Ensuring that internal controls, as designed and implemented by management, related to the duties being performed are operating as intended with respect to the diverse culture of the company.- Administering various human resource plans and procedures for all employees; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies and procedures manual.
Recruiting as per the hiring needs of the departments, onboarding consultants, and closing the vacancies within the deadline with the support of the team
- Administering the compensation program; monitors the performance evaluation program and revises as necessary. Responsible for the preparation of Total - Compensation Statements and HR letters
Responsible for the performance review and appraisal process- Handling end-to-end HR operations from onboarding, and confirmation process to exit interviewing.
Assisting in the evaluation of reports and results of the department in relation to established goals.
- Recommending new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in the efficiency of the department and services performed.
Maintaining statutory compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.- Facilitates training for CFT on both technical and behavioral aspects.
Conducting employee onboarding and helping organize training and development initiatives.
Minimum 4 years in Startup ecosystem

Willing to wear various hats in this job profileWork out of the office for 6 days a week in HSR, Bangalore.
Knowledge of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of HRMS Tool like People & Payroll will be an added advantage
Self-motivated and ability to remain calm under pressure- Fluent in both spoken and written. Knowledge of Kannada, Tamil will be a Plus.
