Job Description

Job Description :As a Human Resources Manager in the fashion industry, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and success by overseeing all aspects of human capital management. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent in the fashion industry.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make hiring recommendations.
  • Manage the onboarding process, including orientation, training, and documentation.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting employee engagement.
  • Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures.
  • Manage performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
  • Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages that align with market trends and the company's budget.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Training and Development:
  • Identify training needs and develop comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Manage the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and coaching.
  • HR Administration:
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, time and attendance records, and payroll information.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage HR systems and databases.
  • Strategic HR Planning:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's business objectives.
  • Conduct HR needs assessments and develop succession plans.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 14,071.70 - 50,473.94 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Payroll: 3 years (Preferred)
  • HR: 3 years (Preferred)
  • total work: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Professional in Human Resources (Preferred)
