Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent in the fashion industry.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make hiring recommendations.
- Manage the onboarding process, including orientation, training, and documentation.
- Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting employee engagement.
- Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures.
- Manage performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages that align with market trends and the company's budget.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Manage the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and coaching.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, time and attendance records, and payroll information.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Manage HR systems and databases.
- Strategic HR Planning:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's business objectives.
- Conduct HR needs assessments and develop succession plans.
