Role Description
This is a full-time HR Manager role based in Delhi, India. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance. You will also collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's goals and objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in HR management and familiarity with HR best practices
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Certifications such as SHRM-SCP or PHR are preferred
