Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
