• Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist at Enrich Money in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits administration, and HR management tasks to support the organization's talent management initiatives on a day-to-day basis.

• Qualifications

Human Resources (HR) Management and HR Policies expertise

• Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration skills

Knowledge of HR practices and regulations

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus

This role will focus on recruitment for the initial 2 to 3 months and then move towards the other areas of Human Resources.
