Job Description

JD for HR manager
  • Minimum one year of experience in relevant field

  • Graduation

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.

  • Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization.

  • Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.

  • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.

  • Maintain compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.

  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.

  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments.

  • Manage HR records and maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.

  • Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees on various HR-related matters.

  • Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.

  • Follow up with the Engineers to collect the travel conveyances.

  • Calculation of ESI and PF

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

    Pay: 16,654.46 - 24,906.66 per month

    Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
