HR Manager - Real Estate Focus

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in real estate recruitment to join our team. This role is pivotal to ensuring that we attract, retain, and develop top talent aligned with our company's goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment processes specific to real estate roles, designing and implementing company policies, and establishing a positive organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts for all positions, with a strong focus on sourcing and onboarding candidates with experience in real estate. Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and identify the best talent.

Policy Development: Design and implement company policies, rules, and regulations to support a well-structured, professional, and compliant workplace.

Employee Relations & Culture Building: Develop programs to promote a healthy work environment, enhance employee engagement, and foster a positive culture across the organization.

Code of Conduct & Compliance: Establish and maintain a code of conduct to ensure ethical behavior and alignment with company values.

Employee Benefits: Oversee the management of employee benefits and ensure that policies align with industry standards and employee needs.

Performance Management: Lead performance appraisal processes, identify training and development needs, and work with management to support continuous growth.

Organizational Development: Collaborate with leadership to promote a collaborative and cohesive organizational culture, improve processes, and enhance overall employee satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in real estate recruitment or similar industries

Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and company policy creation

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven experience in promoting a positive and productive work environment
