Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR practices, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating the Onboarding process. Prepare offer letters and conduct orientation sessions for new hires.
  • 2. Employee Relations:
Address employee queries and issues, providing guidance on company policies and procedures. Act as a liaison between management and employees to resolve workplace conflicts and foster a positive work environment.
  • 3. Performance Management:
Assist in the administration of performance review processes and provide support in employee development programs. Collaborate with managers to address performance issues and offer solutions for improvement.
  • 4. Benefits & Compensation:
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave management. Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and related documentation.
  • 5. Compliance & Policy Implementation:
Ensure HR policies and procedures are compliant with local labor laws and company standards. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, disciplinary actions, and performance evaluations.
  • 6. Training & Development:
Assist in organizing training programs, workshops, and other employee development initiatives. Identify skill gaps and recommend training solutions for continuous improvement.
  • 7. HR Reporting & Analytics:
Generate HR metrics and reports for management review. Assist in analyzing data to identify trends and recommend strategic HR initiatives.
  • 8. Employee Engagement:
Support the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and morale.
  • Qualifications:
Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably as an HR Generalist.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
