Hr Manager

Description

We are looking for an HR Manager with 0-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR processes and be able to manage the HR functions effectively. The candidate should be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Manage employee relations issues, including handling employee grievances and disciplinary actions
• Conduct training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including payroll processing
• Maintain HR metrics and prepare reports for management
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 0-4 years of experience in HR management or related field
• Knowledge of HR processes and regulations in India
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proactive problem-solving skills
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compensation and benefits administration
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Must have knowledge of advance excel and Microsoft office,
