Job Title: HR Manager
Job Summary:
- Provide support and guidance to HR activities within the organization.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in recruitment, employee relations, training, and development.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to hiring.
- Conduct interviews and facilitate the onboarding of new employees.
- Employee Relations:
- Address employee concerns and grievances.
- Promote positive employee relations and resolve conflicts.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
- Support career development initiatives for employees.
- Performance Management:
- Implement performance appraisal systems and provide guidance to managers.
- Monitor employee performance and facilitate feedback sessions.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Administer compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with compensation policies and regulations.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics for management.
RequirementsRequirements:
- Proven experience as an HR professional or similar role.
- Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field (preferred).
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software tools
