Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in human resources management and knowledge of the Indian job market. They will be responsible for managing all HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compliance. The HR Manager will work closely with the leadership team to ensure HR policies and procedures are aligned with business goals and objectives. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and job offers
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR issues, including employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary action
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations
- Conduct training and development programs for employees
- Manage employee benefits programs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
- 4-6 years of experience in HR management
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with HRIS and other HR-related software
- Proven track record of successful recruitment and retention of employees
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
