  • Experience in sourcing Candidates and conducting interviews.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to deal with candidates.
  • Proficient with Windows, MS office, Outlook, Internet Explorer, computer skills like
  • resetting the laptop.
  • Excellent time management and organizational Skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement HR strategies.
  • Recruitment and onboarding skills.
  • Proper knowledge of Payroll calculation and all kinds of deductions with efficiency.
  • Should have experience and ability to handle all kind of Admin related task and ability to
  • Deal with Vendors to get the task done in a timely manner.
  • Skills of IT helpdesk and should be comfortable in supervision of admin tasks.
  • Should have the ability to reset the system, install software and excel.
