Preferred Sectors : Sweets Shops, Food Manufacturing Industries and other Retails Stores
JOB DESCRIPTION : On boarding and Exit formalities.
Induction & briefing of new employees regarding company rules. Maintenance of Time office.
Responsible for entire Recruitment (sourcing, Screening, short listing, interviewing)
Training & Development
Statutory compliance (PF, ESI). Maintaining Master database (personal files/database) of each employee.
MIS report preparation on monthly and yearly basis.
Grievance handling.
Any other works as per requirement of HOD
Payroll Management
Should be handle entire HR Department, handle all the branches & visit Outlets.
should be specifically mention as retail branch visits shall be upto four days a week
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 40,000.00 - 60,000.00 per month
