We're looking for a talented HR Manager to oversee all aspects of our human resources practices and processes. You'll be a key partner in supporting our business needs and ensuring we have a strong team in place to achieve our goals.
Responsibilities
- Strategic HR: Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall company vision.
- Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process to attract, interview, and hire top talent. Oversee onboarding to ensure new hires are set up for success.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive and productive work environment by handling employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and promoting open communication.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management programs to help employees excel and achieve their full potential.
- Benefits & Compensation: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. Oversee compensation and ensure it's competitive and fair.
- Compliance: Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- HR Policies & Procedures: Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure they're clear, consistent, and up-to-date.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and develop programs to help employees grow their skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR generalist or related role.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and benefits administration.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in HR software and technology.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
