We are looking for a HR Head for our subsidiary company Shecommerz. This is an urgent requirement.Essentials:
- Microfinance Segment or NBFC
15+ YOE- Should have experience in handling large teams and expand massively.
We are currently 1500 employees and will expand to 2500
- We have 100+ branches across Pan India
Immediate joiner preferred.- Interview Rounds: L1 by spoc, L2 will be F2F with NST CHRO, L3 F2F with CEO.
Will be responsible to handle complete HR operations and recruitment for all branches across south predominantly, hence local language proficiency will be an added advantage, but not mandatory.- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
Proven experience in strategic planning and organizational development
- Should have hands-on experience in stakeholder management.
Should have experience in handling large teams and expand massively.- Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
