• Sourcing resumes from job portals, databases, employee references, and professional networks
• Managing the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
• Developing and maintaining relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Screening candidates and handling the end-to-end recruitment cycle

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good technical knowledge and understanding of recruitment processes

Experience:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
