Key Responsibilities : - Bulk recruitments
Devise and implement IT recruiting strategies to source potential candidates who are in the IT sector- Collaborate with senior staff to recognize exactly what is necessary to ensure optimum IT staffing solutions
Manage the end-to-end recruiting cycle including writing job descriptions, employee screening, interview processes, and onboarding for IT-specific job profiles
- Keep track of the global IT trends, and job boards to enable effective and accurate recruitment
