The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency with applicant tracking systems, and an ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills for working closely with others across various departments.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Should have knowledge of building Web application.
- Utilize job portals, social media, networking, and other channels to source potential candidates.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct interviews (telephonic and in-person) to assess applicant skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications.
- Assist in organizing company career events and job fairs.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure all recruitment activities are properly documented.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position s requirements.
- Lead employer branding initiatives.
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Preferred Skills - Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior internship or part-time experience in HR or recruitment is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with social media recruiting platforms and job boards.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Strong social aptitude and ability to build relationships.
- Technical knowledge to be able to talk to job prospects and understand qualifications.
