Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Naukri, TImes,), Making job postings on the Job Portal.
Must be able to identify suitable requirements from various job boards and social networking sites like Linkedin, Google Groups etc..
Exposure into handling direct accounts/ clients/MSP/VMS
Responsible to work on Contract, Corp to Corp, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) position.
Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
Responsible for sourcing candidates via the following methods: cold calling, networking, internal resume database, Internet resume banks, the general Internet, etc.
Negotiation of Rate/wage and salary rates with candidates, Perform BGC/Reference Checks.
Meet daily/weekly/ monthly/ quarterly production goals and revenue targets as set by management team.
Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
Responsible for providing staffing services to customers in their recruiting and personnel needs.
Responsible for exercising discretion and good judgment in recruiting candidates for customers.
Must be a results-oriented self-starter with ability to meet deadlines.
