This involves working with vendors and other entities within the Siemens innovation ecosystem.

  • Develop proposals for solutioning and technology choices with a business mindset, focusing on customer value, business impact, productivity, user experience, and innovation.
  • Manage solutioning projects and connected decision-making processes in cooperation with participants from other GBS units, vendors and other relevant stakeholders, in close collaboration with our customers.
  • Ensure compliance of technology choices with the applicable internal and external regulatory frameworks.
  • Oversee the handover of solution implementation and operations to the assigned organizational unit.

Use your skills to move the world forward:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT architecture, solutioning, or development projects for payroll in a multi-customer environment, preferably with international or global clients.
  • In-depth understanding of various payroll business models (comprehensive services, managed payroll services, provisioning services, in-house services) and their technological and integration impacts.
  • Proven experience with payroll architectures based on cloud HCM solutions (preferably Workday) and SAP HCM.
  • Experience with project management methodologies (i.e. Agile, Scrum, waterfall) and related tools, as well as evaluation frameworks (SWOT, TCO, ROI analysis, technical evaluation frameworks).
  • Strong expertise in multiple technology domains: HR administration, payroll processing, payroll reporting and analytics, time management, integration technologies, and platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Collaboration and teamwork, communication and influence
  • Knowledge of market standards and practices related to IT governance, cybersecurity and data privacy

  • An environment where everyone can bring their whole self to work and feel a sense of belonging.
  • A workplace that values curiosity and guarantees continuous learning, with development opportunities for both personal and professional growth.
  • Share matching programs to become a shareholder of Siemens AG.
  • A broad range of benefits like meal allowance, dental and ophthalmologic aids, flexible compensation plans, family care, and many more!
