Overview
The HR Internship role is an essential part of our organization, providing support to the HR department and gaining valuable hands-on experience in various HR functions. The intern will be involved in recruiting activities, employee relations, HRIS maintenance, and other HR-related tasks, contributing to the overall success of the HR team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings and scheduling interviews
- Support in conducting new employee orientation and onboarding activities
- Assist in maintaining and updating employee records in the HRIS system
- Participate in HR projects such as performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Provide support in organizing and maintaining personnel files and HR documents
- Assist with employee relations activities and grievance handling
- Conduct research on HR best practices and present findings
- Assist in creating HR policies and procedures
- Support the HR team in various administrative tasks and special projects
- Contribute to the coordination of employee training and development programs
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or done with Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices
- Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
- Previous internship or relevant work experience is a plus
