- JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENT:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Support in the field of HR administration and onboarding.
Creating and maintaining employees files.
- Maintaining employees records.
Update HR department Intranet information.- Supporting in the field of New Employee Orientation sessions (preparing materials).
Support on facility communications, including mail writing, reports, employee meeting etc.
- Employee Relation & Joining formalities.
Maintaining /updating personal files of employees.- Handling Employee Attendance Monthly and giving input to payroll.
Going for sourcing.
