Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The HR Intern will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement. This internship is an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in the field of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Support:
Assist in posting job vacancies on various job portals and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
Participate in interviews and provide feedback.
  • Onboarding and Documentation:
Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials and coordinating with relevant departments.
  • Maintain and update employee records and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in drafting offer letters, contracts, and other HR documents.
  • Employee Relations:
Support the HR team in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Assist in handling employee queries and concerns.
Help in conducting employee satisfaction surveys and analyzing results.
  • Performance Management:
Assist in tracking employee performance and attendance.
  • Support the HR team in the appraisal process, including gathering and organizing performance data.
General HR Support:
  • Assist in HR projects, including research, data analysis, and reporting.
Support in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing HR-related communications.
  • Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in a career in Human Resources.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
