Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
Communication: Communicate with candidates regarding their application status and provide timely feedback.
Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and orientation.
Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends and recruitment best practices.
Requirements:
Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
