As an HR Intern at VR4BIM, you will play a vital role in supporting our Human Resources department. You will gain valuable hands-on experience in various HR functions, contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Recruitment and Onboarding:
* Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
* Prepare and send offer letters and employment contracts.
* Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
* Employee Relations:
* Assist in handling employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely and accurate information.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
* Support the administration of employee benefits and policies.
* HR Projects and Administration:
* Assist in various HR projects, such as performance reviews, employee surveys, and training programs.
* Maintain accurate employee records and data.
* Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed.
* Learning and Development:
* Support the organization of training programs and workshops.
* Assist in tracking employee training and development activities.
Qualifications:
* Pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* A passion for learning and developing in the field of Human Resources.
