Role Description

This is an internship role for an HR Intern (Talent Acquisition) at Liberation Coaches Pvt. Ltd. The HR Intern will have the opportunity to work on various talent acquisition activities, including sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and assisting with onboarding processes. This is a hybrid role, primarily located in Mumbai but with flexibility for some remote work.

• Familiarity with employee benefits
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
• Bachelor's degree. (in-progress or completed)

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for the role include experience with talent acquisition, recruitment software, data analysis, and knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
