Job Title: HR Intern (Talent Acquisition)
Location: Mumbai
Mode: Hybrid
Duration: 4 months
Opportunities for conversion into a Full time role, post the completion of the internship.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in candidate sourcing and screening.
- Coordinate interviews and assessments.
- Maintain candidate records and assist with onboarding.
- Support recruitment-related communications and events.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and team members.
- Assist the HR team in various tasks.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in HR or related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; ATS experience a plus.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
