Job Description
- Assist HR Department in day to day HR related activities
- Own end to end recruitment activities. Source resumes as per the JD. Schedule interviews, coordinate and negotiate offers
- Track employee pulse and advise HR Department to address employee concerns.
- Plan engagement activities
- Manage employee onboarding.
- Conduct employee orientation
