About The Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Assist with recruitment, including posting job ads and conducting initial interviews
- Help onboard new employees and ensure proper documentation is completed
- Assist with attendance activities, including creating reports
- Maintain back ground verification cases closures
- Perform administrative tasks as needed
- Provide support to the HR Manager in terms of PMS, ATS, Statutory Compliances, etc.
- Assist in the coordination of company events
- Perform ad hoc tasks in HR department as required
- Help maintain employee records and ensure the accuracy and confidentiality.
Skill(s) Required
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
