HR Generalist Trainee

• Experience: Freshers or upto 6 months of recruitment/ HR experience

• Traineeship Period: 6 months

• PPO: Post internship completion the traineeship will convert to full-time job opportunity, subject to performance, behavior and successful internship completion.

• Location: Gurgaon, India

• Workdays: 6 days workweek from Gurgaon office.

• About the Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Generalist Trainee to join our team in Gurgaon. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or individuals with minimal HR experience to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions. You will work closely with the HR team and contribute to key HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and more.

• Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.

• Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition.

Help manage employee records and maintain HR databases.

• Assist in organizing HR events and training sessions.

Handle day-to-day HR queries and provide support to employees.

• Participate in performance management and employee engagement initiatives.

• Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good command over English language - Verbal & written.

• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Proactive, organized, and able to work independently.

• Basic knowledge of recruitment process is a plus.
