Overview
The HR Intern plays a crucial role in supporting the HR department's daily activities and ensuring the smooth operations of various HR functions. They are integral to the organization as they contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement, among other key responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- You have to take telephonic interview of IT Students.
- Paid intern 8000 Per month
- Only 1pm to 6pm You have to work.
- Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate databases
- Support HR team with onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Participate in organizing employee engagement activities and events
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures
- Assist in benefits administration and employee wellness programs
- Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends
- Assist in maintaining HR databases and records
- Support in coordinating training and development programs
- Prepare reports and presentations for HR meetings and projects
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned
- Provide support in employee relations and conflict resolution
- Assist in HR compliance and regulatory matters
- Support in responding to employee inquiries and requests
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for HR initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Any fresher can apply. English speaking is Mandatory
- Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices
- Previous internship or work experience in HR is a plus
- Knowledge of HRIS or HR software is an advantage
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with HR laws, regulations, and compliance standards
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced environment
