Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Intern with expertise in technical recruitment, specifically in hiring full-stack and software engineers. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of sourcing, screening, and onboarding talented tech professionals. You will play a crucial role in identifying top engineering talent that aligns with our company's goals.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Source, attract, and hire skilled full-stack and software engineers for remote positions.
  • Screening & Shortlisting: Evaluate candidate profiles, conduct interviews, and shortlist potential hires based on technical expertise and cultural fit.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize multiple channels like job boards, social media, referrals, and online communities to find top talent.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage the interview process, including technical assessments and HR rounds.Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process by coordinating documentation, training, and integration into the company culture.
  • Technical Knowledge: Maintain an understanding of technical skills, programming languages, and tools relevant to full-stack and software engineering positions.
Employer Branding: Enhance the company's online presence and reputation to attract top engineering talent.
Remote Workforce Management: Ensure that all recruitment practices align with remote working standards and requirements.
  • Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical recruitment, particularly for full-stack and software engineering roles.
Strong understanding of technical roles, programming languages, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with online sourcing techniques and tools like LinkedIn, GitHub, and Stack Overflow.
  • Preferred Skills:
Experience in remote hiring and managing virtual teams.
  • Knowledge of recruitment software or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
