HR Intern

Description

We are looking for a HR Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources or related field. This position is based in India and requires someone with 0-1 years of experience in the job market.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and selection process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Assist in onboarding and orientation process for new hires.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in performance management process, including tracking and analyzing performance metrics.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.
• Assist in addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
• Assist in conducting exit interviews and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in the job market.
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
