We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated HR intern to assist our HR department with administrative and other HR-related tasks.
As an HR Intern with us, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources management and contribute to our vibrant team culture.
Assist in managing the Performance Management System, ensuring timely evaluations and feedback processes.
Engage in employee engagement initiatives, helping to create a positive work environment.
Support documentation related to HR policies, employee records, and performance reviews.
Assist with onboarding processes for new hires.
Facilitate communication and address employee inquiries related to HR processes.
Help organize HR events and activities aimed at enhancing team morale.
Presentable with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Talkative and comfortable engaging with diverse teams.
Knowledge of employee engagement practices and performance management.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for documentation tasks.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources or a related field..
