Job Description

As an HR Intern at our Karkarduma Office, you will play a vital role in supporting the Human Resources department in various tasks essential for the effective management of our workforce. This internship offers a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to gain practical experience in the HR field while contributing to our organizational goals. You'll work closely with HR professionals who will guide you in understanding fundamental HR processes including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings and screening resumes.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Prepare onboarding materials for new hires.
  • Maintain employee records and databases.
  • Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities.
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related communications.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and trends.
  • Assist with drafting job descriptions and role specifications.
  • Support payroll processing and attendance management.
  • Assist in handling employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Participate in performance management processes.
  • Help maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Contribute to the development of HR training materials.
  • Assist in organizing and conducting staff training sessions.
  • Support HR projects as assigned by supervisors.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding employee information.

Required Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recent completion of a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with basic HR concepts and practices.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Aptitude for learning new software and HR tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Basic understanding of labor laws and regulations is a plus.
  • Availability for flexible hours to support business needs.
  • Previous internship or volunteer experience in a corporate environment is advantageous.
