Job Description

As an HR Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring the best candidates for our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and execute recruitment strategies to meet those needs. You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.

Responsibilities:


Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best candidates.

Source and screen candidates through various channels such as job postings, social media, and employee referrals.

Conduct initial interviews with candidates and assess their suitability for the position.

Manage the interview process, coordinate interview schedules, and provide feedback to candidates.

Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process.

Conduct new hire orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.

Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment policies, procedures, and best practices.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends and recruitment best practices.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports.

Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.

Proven work experience as an HR Recruitment Specialist or similar role.

Solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment targets.

Flexibility to work outside regular office hours if needed.
