Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Intern who is either a recent high school graduate or a first-year college student. This internship is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources, particularly in recruitment, while working in a flexible, remote environment. The intern will focus on managing the hiring process through LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications, and conduct initial candidate outreach.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database.
- Support HR activities and projects as needed.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
What We're Looking For:
- A recent high school graduate or first-year college student with an interest in Human Resources and recruitment.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and other recruitment tools (training will be provided).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks.
