Job Responsibilities-
HR
- Managing job postings on various platforms and removing filled positions
- Facilitating the onboarding process for interns and new hires
- Handling communication with candidates through offer and rejection letters/emails
- Coordinating new hire orientations and addressing staff inquiries about HR policies
- Supporting HR team in organizing events and distributing company information
SALES AND MARKETING-
- Spearheading digital branding initiatives, including content creation and management
- Collecting and analyzing data to inform commercial sales strategies and generate new ideas
- Crafting creative briefs to guide marketing and sales campaigns
- Undertaking additional activities assigned by management, such as developing communication materials and innovating customer experiences
- Collaborating on projects to enhance digital presence and optimize customer engagement
