About the Job :
Location : Remote
Duration : 45 days
Stipend : Unpaid
Requirements :
Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business, or related field.
Graduated in HR. Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Capable of multitasking and upholding confidentiality.
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRIS/ATS is a bonus.
Responsibilities :
Assist in job postings and candidate screenings.
Arrange interviews and provide support during recruitment events.
Maintain candidate records and aid in onboarding.
Assist the HR department with administrative duties.
