- Screening potential employees resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates.
- Communication with employees.

- Preparing and sending offers and rejection letters and mails
- Co-ordinating new hire orientations.

- Currently pursuing a MBA with hr or related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with requirment process.
