Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Support HRBP Activities
- Assist HR Business Partners in daily tasks, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Help coordinate and participate in HR initiatives and projects that align with business objectives.
Employee Engagement
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
- Assist in collecting and analyzing employee feedback to help improve workplace culture.
Data Management And Reporting
- Maintain accurate HR records and employee information in HR systems.
- Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed.
Qualifications
Education:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- 0-1 year of experience in a Human Resources role, internship experience is a plus.
Skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
