Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our team at Bytemetrics Solutions. This is a full-time, remote internship position suitable for freshers with 0 to 1 year of experience. The role is open to candidates located in Bengaluru, Chennai, Mumbai, Kolkata, Pune, Puducherry, and Lucknow. The HR Intern will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, while acquiring hands-on experience in a dynamic technology environment.
Qualifications And Skills
- Recruitment (Mandatory skill): Excellent ability to source, screen, and identify suitable candidates effectively.
- HR Policies (Mandatory skill): Basic understanding of HR policies and procedures, and their implementation in the workplace.
- Microsoft Office (Mandatory skill): Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for effective data management and communication.
- Onboarding: Experience or knowledge in facilitating the onboarding process for new hires ensuring a smooth integration.
- Employee Relations: Ability to assist in resolving workplace conflicts and fostering positive employee relations.
- Data Entry: Accurate and efficient data entry skills to maintain HR records and databases.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and candidates.
- Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented mindset necessary for successfully managing HR documentation and processes.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with department heads.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing necessary documentation and conducting orientation sessions for new employees.
- Maintain and update HR databases and employee records accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist in developing and administering HR policies and procedures in accordance with company standards.
- Provide support in organizing company events, team-building activities, and training sessions.
- Participate in employee relation initiatives and help address basic workplace issues and queries.
- Perform general administrative duties and provide support in various HR projects and tasks as needed.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices within the organization.
