We are looking for a HR Intern at Business Labs in Hyderabad. It is a full-time, in-office, position.
You will be responsible for day-to-day recruiting tasks such as compiling resumes, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and assisting the HR manager.
Qualifications
- Any B.Com / B.A / BBA / MBA passed out graduate (apply even if your exams results are pending.)
- Any graduate with good written and spoken English can apply to this internship.
Responsibilities / Tasks You Will Be Doing
- Compiling resumes of job applicants from Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn Jobs, etc.
- Calling all the job applicants, updating databases, scheduling interviews.
- Following up with team leads, or interviewers within the company to attend interviews.
- Following up with candidates/job applicants to attend interviews, ensuring reduced or negligible no-shows.
- Verifying candidates by asking the right questions (and improving such questions as you learn) and recording their answers in an easy-to-understanding manner to ensure we are hiring the best.
Skills we are looking for (all the below are mandatory):
- Freshers must apply. ( If you have past recruiting experience of hiring, interviewing, and recruiting even as an intern, can also apply)
- Strong communication skills.
- Very good in spoken and written English
- Very good in spoken Hindi or Telugu (anyone at least.)
- Easy to work with kind of attitude. Good personality, and good analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Someone who doesn't feel demotivated after calling 50-60 people in a day and has no candidates. As a recruiter, you hunt for the right talent is not over, until the talent is onboarded.
- Candidates from Hyderabad are preferred.
