Key Responsibilities:-
Talent Sourcing: Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various channels such
as job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
Candidate Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess
candidates for further consideration.
Interview Coordination: Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring
managers.
Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment
trackers.
Employer Branding: Assist in promoting the company's employer brand to attract top
talent.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Help with organizing and maintaining employee records and documentation.
Assist in preparing HR-related reports and presentations.
Assist in coordinating HR events and activities.
Respond to employee inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
Requirements: -
MBA in Human Resources is prefered.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with others.
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment techniques is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Office timings 10:00 Am to 7:00 Pm.
Preferred: -
Prior experience in sourcing in job portals and cold calling.
Local candidates are preferred.
Preferably from a Tech background.
