As an HR Intern, you will have the chance to contribute to various HR functions while learning from seasoned professionals in the field.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork completion and orientation coordination.
3. Assist in organizing and maintaining HR documentation and employee records.
4. Aid in employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities and events.
5. Assist with HR-related communications, including drafting emails and announcements.
6. Support the performance management process by gathering feedback and maintaining performance evaluation records.
7. Assist in HR analytics and reporting tasks, including data entry and analysis.
8. Collaborate with HR team members on various projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
1. Pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
6. Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
7. Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
8. Prior internship or work experience in HR is a plus but not required.
