Basic Information

Position Title HR Intern

Experience Level 0 to 1 years

Department Human Resource

Location - Pune

Position reports to HR Process Leader

Job Purpose

As an HR professional will help promote a smooth and positive employee experience, data integrity across systems, managing office events, vendor management and a problem-solving mindset

Key Responsibilities

  • Help in Employee Onboarding and Documentation
  • Coordinating with extended HR team to drive office events for employee engagement
  • Planning fun Thursdays one a month
  • Help in Day to Day HR queries
  • Ability to communicate well with all levels
  • Proactive to take up new responsibilities
  • Employee data maintenance
  • ADHOC data requirement from different teams

Key Competencies

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills.
  • Proven influencing and time management skills and be able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent MS Office skills including, Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.
  • High degree of integrity and confidentiality
