As a key member of the Corporate Tech & Data Team, this role is uniquely positioned to work collaboratively with strategic internal/external partners, IA experts within our Data Analytics ad Digital Acceleration team, and regional leaders across the business and technology to understand digital needs, operationalize our intelligent automation approach and roadmap, and drive processes that effectively deliver data and insights and enable outcomes that matter for our people.
The Technical Product Owner (TPO) will own and execute the IA Technology Strategy for our Human Resources function and will be responsible for delivering end-to-end automation solutions; business engagement to identify opportunities, analyzing feasibility/fit, leading technical teams in build and support activities, tracking value and continuous improvement activities. The TPO will also collaborate across other IA product and platform teams including communities of practice to ensure consistency, quality, scalability, compliance, and points of leverage where possible to accelerate on strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
The HR Intelligent Automation (IA) Lead Engineer will help with:
HR IA Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive Intelligent Automation strategy that aligns with the company's digital first strategy as well as the objectives and key results (OKRs) of our HR function.
Project Leadership: Lead, manage, and oversee all IA initiatives within the HR domain, from conception to implementation, ensuring successful delivery.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business units, to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions.
Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest IA technologies and tools and make informed recommendations for their application in HR processes and provide hands-on as required.
Process Analysis: Analyze HR processes to identify areas for automation, efficiency improvement, and cost reduction.
Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage external vendors or partners for IA technology and solutions.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that IA solutions adhere to quality standards, compliance, and security regulations.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and internal stakeholders to maximize the benefits of IA solutions.
Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and assess the performance of IA solutions, making adjustments and improvements as needed.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of IA initiatives, processes, and outcomes.
Deliver and accelerate value realization: Define and track KPIs to capture value realization for strategic initiatives
Contribute to an IA community of practice (COP) through cross-regional knowledge sharing: Participate in Global Enterprise COP with Product & Strategy Leads from other regions to ensure alignment of work to Global Enterprise OKRs, areas of cross-regional synergies and opportunities for integrated program management.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Information technology, Information Management, Business, or a similar field.
Experience in Intelligent Automation and working knowledge in Artificial Intelligence.
5+ years of related experience supporting automation technology deployments: process mapping, feasibility analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
3+ years of product management experience.
Experience leading technical teams: managing priorities, balancing resources between operational support and enhancements, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
Experience designing and implementing RPA solutions across a variety of business and technology processes.
Hands-on experience with one or more of the following platforms: UIPath OR MS Power Automate.

Strong understanding of HR processes and practices.
Project management experience, including successful delivery of IA projects.
Experience with a broad set of IA capabilities is considered an asset: process mining, task mining, conversational AI, machine learning.
The ability to lead without reporting authority and to achieve outcomes in a complex, matrixed environment - leading through influence and deep collaboration across the enterprise
The ability to manage ambiguity and shape new initiatives/business from scratch.
Strategic thinking and big picture orientation /business acumen with strong interactions with key stakeholders.
